Note the app version, iOS version, device model, approximate time, failed step, report source label and timestamp. Never email payment-card details, passwords, identification, proof of residence or another person’s private address.
Common questions
An address is missing or wrong
Enter the complete civic address and choose the result showing the correct municipality and province. Unconfirmed text cannot create a live report.
My report says limited
Limited means one or more sources are unsupported, stale or unavailable. BlockScore keeps those facts unavailable instead of converting the gap into a bad score.
Transit differs from reality
The national layer is static context, not live arrivals. Check the operator, data date and official transit agency before an urgent trip.
Restore a future purchase
Open BlockScore+ from your profile and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple account used for purchase.
Clear saved information
Open You → Privacy & data use → Clear saved data. Current live reports, commute destinations and live-address notes are already session-only.
Is BlockScore a safety service?
No. Reported-crime data is geographic context, not a prediction or guarantee. Never rely on a score for an emergency or personal-safety decision.
Accessibility
The iOS app is designed for Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labelling and Reduce Motion. A monitored accessibility channel and accommodation process remain a launch requirement.
Emergency and safety
BlockScore is not an emergency, safety-monitoring or crime-prediction service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Contact status
No public support identity is published from this private preview. App Store submission remains blocked until a monitored support address, privacy channel, legal-notice route and abuse-reporting process are tested end to end.
